- Generally, your order must be placed before 2pm for same day delivery service.
- AM deliveries within 10km for same day delivery must be placed by 9am. (please note Saturday deliveries)
- For delivery regions over 20km, orders need to be placed the day before they need to be delivered.
To make sure the recipient receives the beautiful gift on the day requested, we ask you provide us with their local contact telephone number and mobile.
We also require a valid phone number and email address on your order to assist in contacting you immediately should one of our Sales Team have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
We will try our very best to deliver according to your time request on Saturday. However, we cannot guarantee any specific timed deliveries on this day. All deliveries will be securely delivered up to 3:00pm.
For same day delivery, all orders must be placed before 10:30am on Saturday (for deliveries within 15km).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday
All orders placed after 1pm on Saturday and at any time of day on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning. Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time. When ordering online, please clearly indicate any specific delivery requests in the Order Notes’ field on the order page. Executive Flowers and Gifts apologises for any inconvenience.
Public Holiday Deliveries
Executive Flowers are closed on Public Holidays – we all like to have a day off every now and then!
Deliveries specifying a time, other than AM or PM may incur an extra charge, our expert team will contact you to work on the most efficient way of delivery and the time/price options.
Executive Flowers and Gifts always try our best to deliver any gift, but we do not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following occurs
- Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift
- Address provided is incorrect
- Occupants are not at the location and do not respond to the “not at home” card left by our courier company.
If one of these instances occurs, we will contact our client to take further action and to ensure they are satisfied.
Executive Flowers and Gifts undertake to deliver your order to the address you have given us. We may not be able to obtain a signature from the recipient. We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address or if our courier cannot gain access to the address given or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier calls. To minimize delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient you must advise us. If we cannot deliver and unless you have advised us otherwise, our couriers will try to leave the flowers in a safe spot or if this is not possible they will try to return the flowers to the florist who made up the order, from where they can be collected. We may have to charge another delivery fee if you require a second delivery. When flowers are being delivered to a business, school, hospital or military base, we are required to follow the institution’s delivery policy; in which case deliveries will be made to the designated receiving area such as a reception desk or delivery dock. Alcohol cannot be left unattended on any premise, for this reason, delivery of gifts containing alcohol require a signature from a person 18 years +. Executive Flowers supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. It is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
